Nomura Real Estate and Accor Group have announced the opening of a luxury hotel, Fairmont Tokyo, in 2025.

Founded in 1907, Fairmont has more than 80 hotels worldwide. Fairmont Tokyo is part of the Shibaura Project, a twin-tower mixed-use development, and is located on the upper floors of Building S, which offers panoramic views of Tokyo Bay and central Tokyo. The hotel will feature a total of 219 guest rooms, three restaurants and bars, a spa, fitness center, swimming pool, banquet, conference, and chapel.
