Descente Japan’s outdoor brand Marmot will launch a campaign on May 27 for its Zerostorm Jacket, a waterproof jacket that pursues ease of movement by incorporating a uniquely developed pattern.
Purchasers of the Zerostorm Jacket (17,600 yen) at Marmot Osaka or DESCENTE STORE Online will receive an original Marmot pouch as a free gift.
The Zerostorm Jacket is a shell jacket made of 30 denier Dermizax, a lightweight waterproof and breathable material. The front part of the hood is made of crimped fabric to make it look like a ridge to prevent rainwater from falling on the face. The front zipper has a watertight fastener, and the neck, sleeves, and hem are equipped with adjusters to prevent wind and rain from entering the garment.
The sides of the garment feature the “Freedom Angel Wing Movement” pattern, a proprietary pattern that expands the range of motion around the arms and shoulders, allowing for ease of movement. The material is thin and soft, making it less bulky, and the colors are subdued, making it easy to use on a daily basis.
The colors are CRB (Caribbean), BK (Black), and GGR (Garden Green) for men. The women’s version is PPL (Paisley Purple), BK (Black), and CWH (Cloud White). Both sizes are available in S, M, L, and XL.
