Miyako Hotels & Resorts (Kintetsu Miyako Hotels) completely renewed its “Miyako Plus” membership program, available at 23 hotels in Japan and two hotels in the United States, on June 1.
A new “Loyalty Program” was introduced with a “status system” to provide services tailored to each individual guest. In conjunction with this, a smartphone application (Android/iOS) with functions for lodging reservations, status confirmation, and coupon distribution was launched.
With this application, the existing service, in which 10 points are earned for every 100 yen (tax not included) spent on lodging and directly managed restaurants and bars, will be able to be paid from 1 point as “1 point = 1 yen”. Existing “TMG Plus” members can also smoothly transfer to the new Pro Guam application.
In addition, a “Campaign to Commemorate the Birth of the App” is being conducted until July 31. During this period, all users who download the app and log in for the first time will receive 1,000 points. In addition, double points will be awarded for the use of facilities from the first log-in date to the end of the following month.
