Cosmos Inissia and Cosmos Hotel Management of Daiwa House Group opened “MIMARU Tokyo STATION EAST” (1-12-8 Hacchobori, Chuo-ku, Tokyo) in Hacchobori, Tokyo, on June 2.
The location is a 2-minute walk from Tokyo Metro Hatchobori Station, a 3-minute walk from Kayabacho Station, and a 14-minute walk from Tokyo Station.
All 85 guest rooms range in size from approximately 40 to 70 square meters, with 70% of the rooms being two-bed rooms. The theme of the hotel is “stay with others,” and it is suitable for group trips, family gatherings, and other multi-person accommodations.
There are 13 types of rooms to choose from. Among them, 20 rooms on the upper floors are suites, which include a Japanese-style room with a sunken kotatsu, a city view room with a view of Sky Tree, an open kitchen, and a master bedroom with a private shower room and powder room.
An opening campaign is also being held through September, with rates starting at 23,490 yen per night, or 5,873 yen per night per person if four people stay together.
