JR West (West Japan Railway Company) will offer “Summer Vacation ‘Children 1,000 yen! Family Ticket” (exclusive for e5489) for a limited period and number of seats on the Sanyo Shinkansen, Hokuriku, Nanki, Kita-Kinki, and San-in routes.
The price for children is a flat rate of 1,000 yen, and accompanying adults can also use the ticket at a discount from the regular ticket price. The period of use is from August 1 to 31, and tickets go on sale from July 1 to August 28 (from 10:00 a.m. one month prior to the first day of use to 23:30 three days prior to the first day of use). To make a reservation, you will need to register as a “J-WEST Net Member.
