Ishiya Seika and Hokkaido Airport will release “ISHIYA Hokkaido Airport Selection” on July 20, commercialized through collaboration between the two companies. It will be sold at souvenir stores at seven airports in Hokkaido (Shin-Chitose, Wakkanai, Kushiro, Hakodate, Asahikawa, Obihiro, and Memanbetsu).
This product is the result of the two companies’ desire to “enliven Hokkaido together”. The assortment includes four each of “Shiroi Koibito (white/black),” two each of “Mifuyu (blueberry/caramel/marron),” a mille-feuille pastry, and two “i-Gato” sold at directly managed stores in Hokkaido, priced at 1836 yen. The expiration date is 80 days (including the day of manufacture).
The limited edition package features a graphic depicting Shiroi Koibito as an airplane and a map of Hokkaido with the three letter codes of seven airports, creating a fun design that reminds people of their travels in Hokkaido through the confectionery.
