Ice Wind Cave, Komoro Ice District (temperature: approx. 2°C) The wind cave, which is said to be a natural refrigerator, remains. Cold air blows out through the gaps between the piled rocks, and even on days when the outside temperature is about 35°C, the temperature near the wind cave entrance is around 20°C, while the coolest sealed space is 2-5°C. In the days when there were no refrigerators, they were used as places to store food, alcohol, ice, and other items.
