Logos Corporation released three sizes of LOGOS Tetsu no Shokunin Grill Pan, three sizes of LOGOS Tetsu no Shokunin Grill Pan Case, a dedicated cover, and LOGOS Tetsu no Shokunin Dutch Pot Case from the LOGOS Tetsu no Shokunin series.
The LOGOS Tetsu no Shokunin Grill Pan is an authentic iron frying pan made in Japan with a spatula-drawing process. It is available in three sizes (20 cm, 16 cm, and 13 cm in diameter), allowing you to choose the size you prefer. Made with the spatula-drawing process, in which an iron plate is painstakingly squeezed and formed with a spatula, the pan gains a deeper color and heavier texture with each use, allowing it to be used as if it were nurtured. The thickness of the iron has been reduced to make it lightweight, which allows efficient cooking at high temperatures and prevents food from getting cold. The handle is designed to be short for easy carrying, and can be hung from a brass grommet with a carabiner. Prices are 4300 yen for the 20 cm, 3900 yen for the 16 cm, and 3300 yen for the 13 cm.
