Jumbo Ferry announced that the new vessel “Aoi” will begin service on the Kobe-Takamatsu route on October 22 (8:30 a.m. from Kobe to Shodoshima at 11:40 a.m., arriving in Takamatsu at 1:10 p.m.). The “Aoi” is the successor to the “Kompira 2” and has a 1.4 times larger hull. An onboard VR experience site is now available.
The company plans to announce its fee structure by the first half of September, and to begin accepting reservations on the Web on September 20 and by phone on September 22.
