JATA (Japan Association of Travel Agents), JOPA (Japan Overseas Passenger Association), Yusen Cruises, MOL Cruises, and Nippon Cruise Lines will launch the “Let’s Go! Cruise Campaign” to revive the cruise market, which was hit hard by the Corona disaster. The campaign covers the travel period from October to December.
Purchasers of cruise trips on Asuka II (Yusen Cruises), Nippon Maru (MOL), and Pacific Venus (Nippon Cruises) will be entered into a drawing for three pairs of 100,000 yen cruise tickets (x pairs) that can be used the next time they travel to Japan. In other words, each pair is worth 200,000 yen, for a total of 1.8 million yen (3 ships x 3 pairs).
Please check the campaign website for specific travel products and other details.
Singer Miki Asakura has joined the campaign as a supporter, and is scheduled to hold a talk show with the three cruise lines and perform live at Tourism Expo Japan 2022, which opens on September 22 and runs through September 24.
