Hatsune Miku x “Dancing Haniwa & Mikaerobijin Repair Project” collaboration products on sale

Posted on 2022-08-312022-09-01 by Editor in Chief

Tokyo National Museum and the Center for Cultural Properties Utilization, in collaboration with Crypton Future Media, will release merchandise for “Miku the Turncoat Beauty. The products will be available at the museum store and online store on September 6.

This collaboration is part of the “Dancing Haniwa & Mukoro-Bijin Restoration Project” commemorating the 150th anniversary of the Tokyo National Museum, and features a key visual of Hatsune Miku wearing a furisode kimono and blowing bangs, drawn by illustrator Rella. The lineup includes acrylic stands, nendoroids, and other merchandise (more will be added in the future), and a portion of the proceeds will be used to pay for the repair project.

In conjunction with this, the Tokyo National Museum’s Heiseikan will exhibit a large tapestry of “Miku the Meekoroshi Beauty” and “Miku Fuyuki Kosode” from the 2020 collaboration, as well as setting drawings, from September 6 to October 2.
