ANA App “Boarding Guide” feature launches: provides Real-time guidance on necessary procedures

On September 7, ANA launched the “Boarding Guide” function for domestic flights on the ANA app. The app provides real-time information on what needs to be done from reservation to purchase, check-in, and departure. In addition, a button has been added to “My Booking” that guides passengers through the necessary information in chronological order based on their reservations.

With the termination of SKiP service and the use of automatic check-in kiosks for domestic flights from 2023, the company will continue to expand the functionality of the service on smartphones.
