Similar to oil stoves used by the Ministry of Defense and Self-Defense Forces, the stove body and stove guard are integrated for safety and durability. The stove looks tough and sturdy, and provides a high level of safety. In addition, as with actual SDF specification stoves, a nichrome wire is used for ignition.
The color is olive drab, which has been established as the standard paint color for vehicles of the Ground Self-Defense Force and is also the national defense color of the JSDF.
