Zojirushi Mahobin will release a stainless steel soup jar (model SW-KA) on October 21.
In response to a survey of soup jar users that showed dissatisfaction with “troublesome cleanup” and the purpose of using soup jars to keep food hot and cold, the new jar was developed with an emphasis on ease of cleaning and heat retention. The new product uses a “seamless sensor,” which combines the sensor and packing into one, and a diagnostic thermal structure called a “3D heat insulation capsule structure.
The “3D heat-insulating capsule structure” keeps both hot soups and cool menu items at the perfect eating temperature for an extended period of time. After 6 hours of standing in the vertical position, the hot water at 95°C was kept at 58°C to 67°C, while the cold water at 4°C was kept at 10°C or lower.
The 0.3L is priced at 6050 yen, 0.4L at 6600 yen, and 0.52L at 7150 yen, and is available in matte green, beige, and ice gray.
