The first phase area of Bus Terminal Tokyo Yaesu consists of a ticket office and information counter on the first basement floor and a bus stop on the second basement floor. It is accessible from the entrance on the first floor of Tokyo Midtown Yaesu and from Yaetica (Yaesu underground shopping mall) on the basement floor of the Yaesu Exit side.
