The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan’s Overseas Safety Consultation Center booth at Tourism Expo Japan 2022 is collaborating with “Golgo 13” by Takao Saito to encourage people to register for “Tabiregi-“, a useful tool for overseas travel.
Visitors who read the QR code posted at the booth and answer a simple questionnaire will receive a free “Golgo 13 x Ministry of Foreign Affairs” special comic (safety manual by Golgo 13), eco-bag, ballpoint pen & sticky note set, and more.
Tabiregi-Register is a safe and secure service that provides you with e-mail updates on safety information for the countries you have registered before your trip, and by registering your contact information for safety confirmation, the consular bureau will contact you directly depending on local emergencies and other situations.
The booth will also distribute the “Overseas Safety Tora-no-Maki” and have an exhibit showing the transition of Japanese passports, and will be able to tell you anything you don’t know about traveling abroad aftercorona.
