Tourism Expo Japan 2022, one of the world’s largest travel events, is being held at Tokyo Big Sight (Ariake, Koto-ku, Tokyo) for four days from September 22 to 25.
At the Tourism Malaysia booth in the Asia area of East Hall 4, Malaysia Airlines, Sarawak Tourism Board, Sabah Tourism Board, Langkawi Development Corporation, and Malaysia Homestay Association are jointly promoting tourism.
The center of attention is a photo spot modeled after George Town on the island of Penang, known for its street art. Visitors can take art photos as if they are playing on a swing with local children.
On the 24th and 25th, a Malaysia-related challenge quiz will be held, where visitors can take a quiz using a QR code and answer all questions correctly to win a prize. Even if you do not answer all the questions correctly, you will receive a special Tyrol Chocolate as a participation prize.
There will also be a talk show by Miss Universe Japan 2018 Yumi Kato, who grew up in Malaysia, and a folk dance show on stage.
