HIS has partnered with Space Perspective and signed a distribution agreement for the Spaceship Neptune balloon spacecraft in Japan and Canada.
The journey to the space entrance at an altitude of approximately 30 km will not be weightless and will require no prior training, age or weight restrictions. The crew will be able to move freely throughout the ship, and refreshments will be provided in the air. The flight will take off from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida or another spaceport in the region and last approximately six hours. The cost is $125,000 per person.
The ship will also provide communication devices and Wi-Fi connectivity to enable live streaming.
