Logos Corporation has released the MAKIBI Grill Pan, a grill pan that allows cooking over wood or charcoal fire while removing excess oil and moisture, at its directly managed stores, sports chain stores and home centers. It is priced at 2,900 yen.
This grill pan is used for cooking over a wood or charcoal fire by holding it over the flames. The many holes allow excess oil and water to be removed, making outdoor cooking healthy and smoky. The bottom of the pan is 24 cm in diameter, allowing large foods to be cooked as they are, and the fluorine resin coating on the surface makes it non-stick and easy to clean. It also comes with a wooden handle that can be folded into a compact size.
