15 night closures between Shonai-Asahi IC and Tsuruoka JCT on Yamagata Expressway and between Tsuruoka Nishi IC and Shonai Airport IC on Nihonkai Tohoku Expressway

NEXCO East Japan will close the temporary two-lane (one lane in each direction) Yamagata Expressway Shonai-Asahi IC to Tsuruoka JCT and Nihonkai Tohoku Expressway Tsuruoka JCT to Shonai Airport IC at night for pavement repair work.

The program will run from October 24 to November 14 from 8 pm to 6 am every night (15 nights). In addition, November 15 through December 6 have been set as reserve days. During this period, detours are available from National Highway No. 7, No. 112, Prefectural Highway No. 33, Prefectural Highway No. 44, and Prefectural Highway No. 349.

Also, the Japan Sea Tohoku Expressway, Tsuruoka Nishi IC to Tsuruoka JCT will be closed at night due to median strip installation work. During this period, traffic can be detoured on National Routes 7 and 112.
