Hakone Koowakuen Unessan (1297 Ninohira, Hakone-cho, Ashigarashita-gun, Kanagawa Prefecture), operated by Fujita Kanko, will offer its own one-day hot spring trip support discount, the “selfish Tokyoite discount,” from October 1 to 31.
During the period, eligible Tokyo residents can use the “Unessan” area, a hot spring where visitors can play in swimsuits, for the special rate of 1,600 yen (usually 2,500 yen), and accompanying children (3 years old to elementary school students) for 1,000 yen (usually 1,400 yen). Coupons for the “National Travel Support” program, which will be launched on October 11, will also be available for use when paying at the YUNESAN.
When visiting, visitors will need to present an exclusive ticket available at “PassMarket,” proof of address, and proof of vaccination of at least 3 times or negative results 3 days before the start of travel. For more information on how to use the service, please visit the official website.
