Mitsubishi Corporation Urban Development completed construction of a hotel development project in Kumamoto City on October 5. The hotel will be named “Sotetsu Grand Fresa Kumamoto” (2-2-23 Shimodori, Chuo-ku, Kumamoto City, Kumamoto Prefecture) and will open on December 6.
Located a 4-minute walk from the Kumamoto City Tram “Karashimacho” station, the hotel offers access to Kumamoto Castle and city sightseeing spots. Rooms range in size from 16.5 m2 to 34.8 m2 , making them larger than the Fresa Inn brand. Many double and twin rooms will be available.
