APA HOTEL to open in Kita-ku, Tokyo for the first time. APA Hotel (tentative name) will have 269 rooms and open in October 2024.

On October 7, APA Group announced the acquisition of a hotel development site in front of Akabane-Iwabuchi Station. This will be the first building in Kita-ku, Tokyo. The name of the property is “APA Hotel ” (tentative name). The hotel will have 269 guest rooms.

Located a 2-minute walk from Akabane-Iwabuchi Station and a 9-minute walk from JR Akabane Station, it is accessible to “Tokyo Dome City” and “Saitama Stadium” without transfers.

The project is expected to open in October 2024.
