Universal Studios Japan has launched the “Event Discount Studio Pass” (1-Day, 1.5-Day, 2-Day, discount for persons with disabilities, Twilight Pass, etc.), which offers a 20% discount from the regular price, through the “Event Excitement Discount Project” of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. The applicable admission period is from October 11 to January 31, 2023.
As a result, 1-Day Studio Pass for adults will be 6720 yen instead of 8400 yen, for seniors 6080 yen instead of 7600 yen, for children 4320 yen instead of 5400 yen, for adults with disabilities 3680 yen instead of 4600 yen, and for children with disabilities 2320 yen instead of 2900 yen. The price will be 2320 yen.
The conditions for applying for the ticket are that the applicant must present proof of three vaccinations or negative results of PCR test, etc., or negative results of antigen qualitative test; for those under 12 years of age, confirmation is not required if accompanied by an eligible guardian. If the parent or guardian eligible for the event rate does not accompany the child, the second vaccination is treated as the same as the third vaccination for those 12 years of age or older.
Ticket types are Event Discount 1-Day Studio Pass, Event Discount 1.5-Day Studio Pass, Event Discount 2-Day Studio Pass (each ticket type is available for adults, seniors, children, adults with disabilities, and children with disabilities), Event Discount Twilight Pass (adults and children), Event Discount Weekday Sip and Drink Twilight Pass, Event Discount 1-Day Studio Pass with Drink Refill Free (adult, senior, child).
