Posted on 2022-10-13 by Editor in Chief

The Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route (Senjugahara, Tateyama-cho, Nakashinagawa-gun, Toyama Prefecture to Omachi City, Nagano Prefecture), operated by Tateyama Kurobe Kanko, is running the “Autumn discount campaign” for nationwide travel support.

The Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route is one of the world’s most famous mountain tourism routes through the 3000-meter-high Northern Alps. Between Tateyama Station (Toyama Prefecture) and Ogisawa Station (Nagano Prefecture), which is located within the Chubu-Sangaku National Park and is dotted with such sights as Daikanbo and Kurobe Dam, visitors can travel through the great outdoors by taking a variety of vehicles, including the Tateyama Kogen Bus, Japan’s only trolley bus, and ropeway for a spectacular view of the clouds. The Tateyama Kogen Bus, Japan’s only trolley bus, and a ropeway with a spectacular view above the clouds, allow visitors to travel through nature.

This campaign is limited to one-day use, and a special Web ticket that includes a round-trip ticket from Tateyama Station, a coupon for use within the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, and a “Toyama souvenir coupon” will be available until 14:59 on November 2, 2012. The period of use is from October 12 to November 3. The following plans can be purchased from the “Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route Web Ticket Site.
