House Bird will open Marugo no Yado Koh -Koh-, an old private house for rent in Sukagawa, Fukushima Prefecture, on October 26.
An old private house used in Sukagawa City, which flourished as an inn town on the Oshu Highway, has been renovated and redesigned into a one-room rental accommodation, limited to one couple per day. It can accommodate up to 15 people, and pets are allowed. Guests can enjoy a private space that feels like a vacation home, with an open kitchen/dining space that makes use of the beams from the old minka, and a 12 square meter Japanese-style room with an open veranda.
