The Chichibu Dahlia Garden, with its impressive number of dahlias! Chichibu Dahlia Garden is a must-see in the Chichibu area. Chichibu Dahlia Garden, about 40 minutes by car, at the foot of Mt. You can also take a town bus or cab from Seibu-Chichibu Station. The Chichibu Dahlia Garden is a secret garden-like spot located in the lush green Ryogamiyama San-kyo. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by an impressive field of dahlias spreading all over the area. There are approximately 350 varieties and 5,000 dahlias planted, each with an interesting name! I was impressed by their naming sense as I compared the names with the flowers. Suddenly, a secret flower garden appears in the rich nature of Mt. Ryogami, and walking around while looking at the dahlias in full bloom is a great way to refresh yourself as well as take a walk in the forest. I am especially fond of dahlias among flowers, but it is rare to see so many varieties of dahlias, so the combination of the location and the dahlias made for a wonderful experience.

I was bathed in negative ions at the mysterious Kegon Falls in Chichibu. After enjoying the dahlia garden in the mountains, I still had some time before sunset, so I decided to visit Kegon Falls in Chichibu, about 40 minutes away by car. I knew that traveling by car would allow me to pinpoint where I wanted to go when I wanted to go there. As we drove further and further into the mountain road, I was wondering if I was going the right way, but I told myself that it is a place with a waterfall (……), so it should be secluded, and we arrived at the parking lot without incident. The parking lot is not that big, and it was empty on this day because it was a weekday in the evening, but you may need to be careful on weekends. I did not go to the back of the parking lot because it had rained the day before and the sun was about to set, but the view from the parking lot was spectacular. The waterfalls up close are very powerful, and the blue of the waterfall basin is very beautiful. It has been said since ancient times that there are gods in the mountains. The majesty of the waterfall and the mysterious blue of the waterfall basin made it seem as if a goddess could have appeared.
