Three NEXCO companies expand ETC round-trip pass to approximately 30% discount on weekdays only + 15% reduction.

NEXCO East Japan, NEXCO Central Japan, NEXCO West Japan, and Miyagi Prefecture Road Public Corporation will conduct a campaign to award ETC Mileage Service points worth 15% of the sales price of the discounted expressway sightseeing tours (round trip pass) when applying for the pass on weekdays only. The period is from November 7 to March 31, 2023.

The three applicable excursion passes are NEXCO East Japan’s “Dora-wari”, NEXCO Central Japan’s “Hayatabi”, and NEXCO West Japan’s “Michi-tabi”, which are limited to ETC vehicles and allow unlimited travel on expressways in designated areas for a fixed price. The average discount is about 30%, but if you fulfill the conditions, you can save about 40%.

For example, in the case of the “Shinshu Meguri Free Pass (ETC car, standard car, 2 days)” in the above image, the total fare would be 8010 yen on weekdays during the daytime, but with the round trip pass, the fare is 5600 yen, but 15% of that (5600 x 0.15), or 840 points will be awarded, making the actual fare 4760 yen.

Please note that in order to receive the additional grant, you must register with the ETC Mileage Service before driving with the round-trip pass.
