Fuji Sanroku Electric Railway has teamed up with Otsuki City in Yamanashi Prefecture to hold a collaborative event with the popular game “Momotaro Dentetsu” titled “Momotaro Dentetsu Stamp Rally in Yamanashi – A Journey to Explore the Legend of Momotaro Otsuki”. The event will run from December 2 to February 28, 2023.
Visitors who visit four stations and seven tourist spots in the prefecture that also appear in the Momotetsu series and collect digital stamps will be entered into a drawing to win prizes such as a Nintendo Switch, game software, and railroad goods.
During the period, a special three-car commemorative collaboration train, “Fuji-sanroku x Momotaro Dentetsu” will run on the Fujikyuko Line (between Otsuki and Kawaguchiko Stations). One train car expresses the world of Momotaro Dentetsu, and the other two cars introduce the attractions of each area along the line by displaying posters. A special “Momotaro Dentetsu Design Fujikyu Highland Set Ticket” will also be available at Otsuki Station.
