On November 18, Ikaros Shuppan released “Tokyo’s Cafes & Coffeehouses with Delicious Coffee” (A5 size, 176 pages, 1,870 yen).
Atsushi Takahashi, former editor-in-chief of “Coffee Time,” a coffee magazine that ceased publication in March, carefully selected 38 stores in Tokyo and its suburbs that offer particularly good coffee, based on 11 years of research by the magazine’s editorial staff.
Some of the data has been re-interviewed for the book and updated from the articles published in Coffee Hour.
They encourage those who want to taste the best coffee to pick up a copy, including stores that convey the profound world of coffee and stores that express the diversity of coffee with the freedom that only individual stores can offer.
