Kasumigaseki Capital will open FAV HOTEL Hiroshima Heiwa Odori (7-15 Nishi-Hiratsuka-cho, Naka-ku, Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture) on December 12.
FAV HOTEL Hiroshima Heiwa Odori is the brand’s first design hotel, created by the British design firm POP LONDON. The interior design is inspired by European cafes, Hiroshima and Miyajima-yaki pottery.
All rooms are equipped with a kitchen and laundry room. The Universal Rooms and Japanese Modern Rooms, which can be used by people in wheelchairs and the elderly, have also collaborated with the experimental welfare unit “Herald Bonnie”. Artworks by artists with intellectual disabilities contracted by Herald Bonnie are displayed in the rooms. In addition, the Universal Rooms will have a washroom and washbasin that is larger than other types of rooms, and a desk instead of a low table.
In addition, an original booklet, “FAV SPOT AtoZ BOOK,” featuring tourist spots within a 30-minute walk, is distributed. It introduces popular spots by locals in alphabetical order from A to Z. In addition, the first 100 smoothies will be offered to those who walk 8,000 steps or more per day during their stay, limited to the first 100 cups.
