Posted on 2022-12-01 by Editor in Chief

The Castle EXPO Executive Committee, consisting of the Japan Castle Association, Tohoku Shinsha, Murayama, and others, will hold the “Castle EXPO 2022” from December 17 to 18 (the premier eve of the festival is on December 16).

The event will be held at Pacifico Yokohama (1-1-2 Minato Mirai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture), and will feature the “Castle Tourist Information Zone” and “Castle Town Product Booths,” as well as exhibits by local governments and companies selling castle goods from all over Japan that have castles. On the event stage, the Nagoya Omotenashi Busyoutai and Kumamoto Castle Omotenashi Busyoutai will appear and perform. A program featuring local characters is also a highlight of the event.

In addition, “archived viewing tickets” for the premiere eve and selected programs (some lectures) will be available on December 1. Castle fans who cannot make it to the venue on the day of the event will be able to view them at home at a later date (viewing period: December 26 – January 5, 2023).

For the first time ever, “Entrance Tickets with Original NFT Castle Seal” and “Cosplay Luggage Storage & Change of Dress” tickets for those who want to enjoy taking photos at the photo spots in the venue will also be on sale. More details about the event and tickets are available on the official website of the “OJO EXPO 2022”.
