ZENDURE to launch SUPERBASE V, a portable power supply using semi-individual batteries, in spring 2023

Posted on 2022-12-09 by Editor in Chief

ZENDURE Japan announced on December 6 that it will release the SUPERBASE V, a high-end portable power supply model, in Japan in spring 2023. Details such as price will be announced later.

The product is a portable power supply that can be combined with an optional home controller and solar panel to create an electricity storage system for home use. As with existing products, the lineup includes two types: a model using lithium iron phosphate (LiFEPO4) (4608Wh) and a model using semiindividual batteries (6438Wh).

In addition to the standard 100 V AC output, 200 V AC output is supported, allowing the operation of air conditioners and various other household devices, and with the use of an optional adapter, EV charging is also possible. Up to four expansion batteries of the same capacity as the main unit can be connected, allowing the unit to be used as a simple uninterruptible power source.

It is also Wi-Fi/Bluetooth compatible, allowing users to change settings and monitor usage from a smartphone. In addition, a motor is built into the wheels, which can be operated from a smartphone like a radio-controlled car. In addition, when walking by pulling with the handle on top of the unit, the electric assist works to allow the user to carry it without effort.

The company will exhibit the product at the “b8ta Tokyo – Yurakucho” (1F Yurakucho Denki Building, 1-7-1 Yurakucho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), a hands-on store in Yurakucho, Tokyo, and is seeking sales partners such as solar panel and storage battery dealers and construction companies including house manufacturers. The company is looking for sales partners such as solar panel and storage battery dealers and construction companies including house builders.
