The Tokyo Metropolitan Transportation Bureau will revise the schedule of the Shinjuku Line of the Toei Subway. The revision will take place on March 20, 2023 for weekdays and on March 18, 2023 for weekends and holidays.
Under the revised plan, one more train will depart from Oshima Station to Motoyawata Station at 5:00 a.m. for both weekdays and weekends. In addition, all express trains between 10:00 and 15:00 on weekdays and between 11:00 and 15:00 on weekends and holidays will stop at each station. Some train types, destinations, and operating times will also be changed.
On weekdays, one nonstop train from Oshima Station to Shinjuku at 7:00 a.m. will be converted to an express train to improve speed and convenience in the morning hours. In addition, at 5:00 p.m., one nonstop train from each station in the direction of Shinjuku will be converted to an express train.
Timetables for each station will be released at a later date.
