At the event, customers will be able to consult directly with craftsmen and professional staff at the store, adjust the length of handles and shoulder belts, change the product color to black, and add their names or initials in alphabetical or numeric characters.
After conducting an overall inspection and care of the products brought in, the company proposes personalization services such as repairing damaged or worn areas, color correction for faded or peeling areas, color change, and leather stenciling. The company takes custody of the ordered products, repairs and processes them, and delivers them at a later date.
