On January 18, the “Aichi Prefecture Taiga Drama ‘What to do about Ieyasu’ Tourism Promotion Council,” consisting of Aichi Prefecture, cities, towns, and tourism organizations in Aichi Prefecture, opened the “Information Center for Places Related to Ieyasu” on the central concourse of JR Nagoya Station to provide information on places related to Tokugawa Ieyasu and sightseeing spots for military commanders. Use of the center is free of charge.
The company expects a significant increase in the number of tourists following the broadcast of the 2023 historical drama “What to do about Ieyasu,” and will provide tourist information at JR Nagoya Station, the gateway to Aichi Prefecture and Nagoya, to tourists from outside the prefecture and those visiting the prefecture on business trips.
