Tenmujin, an Impress Group company in the railroad, travel, and history media business, has released the second volume in its Traveling Iron Guide series, “Railway Holy Land Pilgrimage” (1980 yen).
The book lists 90 “sacred railroad sites” that railroad enthusiasts should visit at least once, including railroad heritage sites that tell the story of history, photogenic spots with spectacular views, locations where famous works were shot, and the latest hot spots. The book includes an overview of each spot, as well as information on how to access and photograph them, making it a useful companion to your train trip.
