Toyoko Inn will give away a toothbrush case set (excluding the toothbrush itself) made from used plastic toiletries to guests staying at the hotel on January 23, the anniversary of the hotel’s founding.
As part of the “Toyoko Inn Blue Reborn Project,” used plastic amenities have been collected at all Toyoko Inn locations in Japan since October 2021, and “toothbrush case sets” were created to recycle them into something beneficial to the global environment and users.
Through this project, the company hopes to encourage users to bring their own “MY toothbrush” to reduce plastic waste and encourage cooperation in environmental sustainability.
