Ken Real Estate Leasing has set September 24 as the scheduled opening date for the Hilton Yokohama (6-2-2 Minato Mirai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture). Reservations for the hotel will be accepted from April.
The Hilton Yokohama will be the hotel wing of the “K-Arena Project” being developed by Ken Corporation. In addition to the hotel, the site will include the K-Arena Yokohama, one of the world’s largest music arenas with a capacity of approximately 20,000 people, and the K-Tower Yokohama office building, which will be named “Music Terrace.
The hotel building, designed with a modern “Art Deco” architectural motif, will consist of 26 floors above ground and one below. The hotel will have a total of 339 rooms with panoramic views of Yokohama, and an executive lounge that will be open only to guests staying in suites and other high-category rooms. The lounge will have a dining space, a spacious library space, and a terrace where guests can enjoy afternoon tea and cocktails with a view of the Yokohama sea and wind.
The “Specialty Restaurant” and buffet-style “All-Day Dining” will offer menus using carefully selected ingredients from Kanagawa and other regions. In addition, the hotel has a cafe and bar lounge with a soaring bottle tower, conference rooms, a fitness center, stores, and a variety of other facilities.
