CountryWorks, which operates the outdoor hotel TENAR, will open the Yatsugatake LAC Off-Grid Field with TENAR in February under the theme of nature-friendly living.
This is the first accommodation facility in the company’s new field “The Unique Stay with TENAR,” which is themed around spectacular scenery, privacy, the environment, and learning. (5460 Tanido, Oizumi-cho, Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture).
They can spend private time in the two “TENAR cabins” with excellent sound insulation, and enjoy the outdoors with a bonfire until late at night without worrying about the surroundings.
Dinner is offered as a hands-on option to make a course meal by hand in the “off-grid kitchen,” which is self-sufficient in electricity and water circulation. For breakfast, vegetables and fish from Yamanashi and other prefectures are used as ingredients in the easy meal kit. An attendant plan is also available, in which a staff member with a wealth of personality and familiarity with the Yatsugatake region introduces the local attractions.
Room rates start at 12,000 yen per person per night (for 4 people), and are limited to one group per day (maximum 4 adults and 4 children can sleep together). Reservations can be made through the official website.
