TOKYO NODE The top of the Station Tower, from the 45th to 49th floors and the 8th floor, will house TOKYO NODE, a 10,000 m2 information dissemination center. The main hall and three galleries can be used as stand-alone venues or connected to form a circulation system. There are also four food and beverage facilities, ranging from formal to casual, that can be linked to events through catering and collaborative cafes. On the rooftop, a sky garden, swimming pool, and two restaurants will open. One of the restaurants will be supervised by Kei Kobayashi, the first Asian to win three Michelin French stars in Paris. In addition, a laboratory for joint research on future urban experiences will be located on the 8th floor.
Office Space The offices in the Station Tower are located on the 9th, 10th, and 15th to 44th floors, with a total leasable floor area of approximately 107,000m2 and a pillarless space with a distance of approximately 18.5m from the core to the window surface. The upper two floors of each bank will have two atrium spaces on the east and west sides, for a total of eight locations, for communication and collaboration among workers, as well as a “magnet zone” with a staircase connecting the upper and lower floors.
Commercial Facilities A commercial space with approximately 80 stores will be created on the second basement to the seventh floor above ground. In addition to the “T-Market,” a market directly connected to the Station Atrium, a large select store and a comprehensive wellbeing facility will be opened. 130 common seats will be installed in the center of the T-Market, allowing visitors to enjoy a variety of dining options across the stores.
