49 floors above ground, 4 below, hotel, commercial facilities and offices Toranomon Hills Station Tower is a multi-use, mixed-use skyscraper with 49 floors above ground (approx. 266 m) and 4 below, including 32 floors of office space, the first “Unbound Collection by Hyatt” brand in Tokyo, the “Hotel Toranomon Hills,” which will feature the “Unbound Collection by Hyatt” brand, and several galleries and halls.
