Toranomon Hills to be completed on the scale of Roppongi Hills. Details of the Station Tower are explained. 20-meter wide pedestrian deck, commercial area directly connected to the station, and hotel.

49 floors above ground, 4 below, hotel, commercial facilities and offices Toranomon Hills Station Tower is a multi-use, mixed-use skyscraper with 49 floors above ground (approx. 266 m) and 4 below, including 32 floors of office space, the first “Unbound Collection by Hyatt” brand in Tokyo, the “Hotel Toranomon Hills,” which will feature the “Unbound Collection by Hyatt” brand, and several galleries and halls. He also noted that the company’s ability to develop in tandem with urban infrastructure and execute projects as only it can was essential to the success of the project.
