Tokyu Hotels will open the BELLUSTAR Penthouse, including the top five penthouse rooms, on May 19 at BELLUSTAR TOKYO, A Pan Pacific Hotel in the Tokyu Kabukicho Tower, a hotel complex to be opened in Shinjuku Kabukicho.
The facility will have five penthouse rooms on the 45th through 47th floors, as well as a restaurant & bar and spa. All rooms will have kitchens, and the interiors will be designed by Keiji Serizawa. The entire floor is furnished with furniture from the Karimoku Case Study, designed by Serizawa and Norm Architects. The penthouses range in size from 113m2 to 277m2, and maisonette-type rooms are also available. 46th floor will have a lounge exclusively for penthouse guests.
The hotel also has restaurants such as Restaurant Bellustar (modern French cuisine), Bar Bellustar (main bar), Tensyu (teppanyaki), and Tairaku (sushi). On the top floor, guests can experience “sunya,” a spa with views of Tokyo from all treatment rooms and the spa lounge.
