Korean Air will introduce an Airbus A321neo aircraft on its Haneda – Gimpo (Seoul) route. The first flight will be KE2105 (Gimpo – Haneda) on February 13, and the departure from Japan will be KE2106 (Haneda – Gimpo) on the following day, February 14.
The company’s A321neo has a total of 182 seats, 8 in prestige class (business class) and 174 in economy class. The business class seats are the first single-aisle aircraft in Korea to feature 180-degree flat seats (seat pitch 160 cm, seat width 48 cm).
Business Class is equipped with a 17-inch personal monitor, a wireless charging pad for smartphones that can be recharged simply by placing it on the seat, and a table on which tablets and other devices can be mounted. Economy Class has a seat pitch of 79-81 cm, a seat width of 45 cm, and a 13.3-inch personal monitor.
The interior will feature Airbus’ Airspace and in-flight Wi-Fi.
In addition, to celebrate the launch of the A321neo on Japan routes, a campaign will be held on Korean Air’s official SNS (Facebook, Twitter, and LINE) to give away original A321neo goods.
