Mitsui Fudosan will open Mitsui Shopping Park LaLaport Kadoma and Mitsui Outlet Park Osaka Kadoma in Kadoma City, Osaka Prefecture, on April 17.
Located an 8-minute walk from Kadoma-shi Station on the Osaka Monorail and close to the Kadoma Interchange on the Kinki Expressway (0.5 km), the facility has 153 stores in Lalaport and 98 stores in the outlet park, with a total floor area of approximately 196,800 m2 and approximately 4,300 parking spaces. A new Osaka Monorail station will be directly connected to the facility in 2029.
The site will have several event plazas, including a rooftop plaza, entrance plaza, and center court, as well as areas that will be open to the public for relaxation and as play zones for children.
In addition to a food court, restaurants and food retailers, there will also be a Life Central Square supermarket and TOHO Cinemas cinema complex.
