The Postal Museum (9F, Tokyo Solamachi, Tokyo Skytree Town, 1-1-2 Oshiage, Sumida-ku, Tokyo) is holding the “Flying Cat Photo Exhibition” until March 21.
During the exhibition, approximately 200 cat photographs by photographer Kenta Igarashi will be on display. In addition to new works capturing powerful and cute moments and 200 stamps with cat motifs collected from around the world, a cat video corner and a photo spot with a wall full of cats will also be on display.
In addition, on February 22, visitors will receive a special “Cat Day” small stamp service with a cat’s face design (visitors must bring a stamp of 63 yen or more). In addition, visitors can enjoy approximately 600 photos of cats taken by the general public at the “Mofu-Azume Exhibition,” which is being held at the same time.
Admission to the Postal Museum is 300 yen for adults, 150 yen for elementary, junior high, and high school students, and free for disabled persons and their caregivers. The museum is open from 10:00 to 17:30 (last admission at 17:00).
