JCB launched the “J/Secure One Time Password” service on February 13.
J/Secure is a system that authenticates a customer’s identity by entering a password or other means when making a payment for online shopping and other transactions.
In this service, a one-time valid password is sent to the registered e-mail address and cell phone number at the time of this identity authentication. The procedure has been simplified so that registration can be done with three clicks on the “MyJCB” members-only Web service.
If you change your registered information on MyJCB, the password delivery address will also be changed without any procedures.
