The Cambodia-Japan Center for Human Resources Development (CJCC) offers different business courses for different target groups, such as Cambodian workers, entrepreneurs/start-ups, and managers, and plays a part in the promotion of SMEs and industrial human resource development, which is necessary to strengthen the economic foundation in Cambodia. In addition, we also focus on promoting cooperation between Japanese and Cambodian companies, connecting Cambodian workers with Japanese companies, and contributing to the promotion of business in Cambodia while building a cooperative framework with various organizations. Through technical cooperation projects, the Japanese government has helped CJCC improve the quality of its business courses and develop information and support networks to strengthen linkages between Cambodian and Japanese companies.
This cooperation will contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the competitiveness of Cambodian industry by expanding the CJCC’s capacity to provide various services as a platform organization to promote business and other areas of exchange between Japan and Cambodia through its ability to run business courses, support business networking between Japanese and Cambodian companies, provide services to promote linkages between Cambodian workers and Japanese companies, and improve its financial and operational sustainability. The CJCC will continuously contribute to strengthening the competitiveness of Cambodian industry by expanding its capacity to provide various services as a platform organization that promotes the exchange of business and other fields between Japan and Cambodia through the enhancement of its financial and operational sustainability.
