Hoshino Resort will open “OMO Kansai Airport by Hoshino Resort” (1-833 Rinku Orai Kita, Izumisano City, Osaka Prefecture) on March 20.

It is located a minute walk from Rinku Town Station, next to Kansai Airport Station. The hotel aims to be an airport hotel that offers a place not only for sleeping, but also for spending the entire trip from beginning to end.

There are a total of 700 rooms of 8 types, including queen rooms, Japanese/Western-style rooms, and dog-friendly rooms. Rates start at 16,000 yen per night.

The airplane-themed “OMO Base” will feature a “neighborhood map” introducing information about the neighborhood and a workspace. The OMO Base on the second floor, which is connected to the station by a passageway, will have lighting featuring airplane engines and originally designed airplane objets d’art. The OMO Base on the first floor is decorated in the image of airplane windows and seats, and is close to the parking lot and the bus stop for the shuttle bus to and from the airport.

The large bathhouse has an indoor bath and a half-open-air bath. The indoor baths include an electric bath and a carbonated bath, as well as a dry sauna, a 1-meter-deep water bath, and an outdoor air bath space. In the half-open-air bath, visitors can enjoy two jar baths and a large bathtub.

In the dining room, guests can enjoy an “express full buffet” overlooking the sky and the sea. At dinner, okonomiyaki is served in the live kitchen, and Osaka specialties such as kushikatsu and doteyaki can be served on top. The okonomiyaki sauce was jointly developed with “Kinmon Sauce” and mixed juice was added as a secret ingredient. For breakfast, the restaurant offers pancakes and other items that can be combined with chocolate bananas, eggs Benedict, and other items. A buffet will be developed for those who are short on time, allowing them to choose their dishes ahead of time and be seated at their table.
