Saitama Prefecture has announced that it will extend its nationwide travel support “2023 National Version Travel! Saitama Discount” will be extended through June 30. The program was set to end on March 31 (including check-out on April 1) after resuming at the beginning of the year, but will continue until the budget limit is reached.
In addition to the 20% subsidy (up to 5,000 yen per night for travel products with transportation, and up to 3,000 yen per night for other travel products), electronic coupons (2,000 yen per night on weekdays and 1,000 yen per night on holidays) will be given for use in purchasing souvenirs and eating and drinking. With the extension, the electronic coupon will be valid until July 1.
